The Bournemouth Air Festival offers free aeronautical displays of sheer brilliance from the RAF and Red Arrows on the sandy beaches of this south coast resort town.


Blackpool Illuminations is an annual free light show with a famous ‘big turn on’ event that takes every September in the coastal town.

The Robin Hood Festival takes place each September in the Sherwood Forest Country Park in Nottingham, involving a range outdoor activities and medieval themed performances for the whole family.
